Aaron “Bogy” Bogushefsky

Bogy.jpgAaron Bogushefsky, or more commonly known as “Bogy,” has been creating art since childhood, selling art since his teens and teaching art for the past six years. Surf art is where he first found his niché and is what he still loves to paint, along with wildlife and marine subjects. His influences include Rick Griffin, Bill Ogden, Dr. Seuss, Guy Harvey, Gary Larsen and Manfred Schatz. Currently Bogy, or “Mr. Bo” as the kids call him, teaches art at the Ocean City Primary School where he enjoys teaching future generations about his love for art, life and all things good. Bogy will unveil his new book “Ocean City New Jersey Advanced Coloring Book” at the festival this year. The purpose of this book is to highlight the well known as well as the overlooked aspects of Ocean City. Colorers will find familiar scenes from our beloved city by the sea.
